Pan Fried Homemade Mozzarella, With San Marzano Tomato Sauce.
Start by slicing Mozz ½ in thick. Assemble 3 bowls, 1 for flour, 1 for egg wash, one for mixed breadcrumbs. In one bowl combine Panko, regular breadcrumbs, grated cheese, parlsey, and garlic. Start by taking the mozz covering it in flour then into the egg and finally into the breadcrumbs. After everything is coated properly heat up a cast iron skillet with a quarter inch of oil. Fry off mozz at 350 until golden brown.

Tomato sauce * 1 can San Marzano tomatoes * 1 spanish onion * 1/4c xvoo * Couple leaves of torn basil


3 Tomato sized balls of Fresh Mozarella
2 eggs
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 cup regular bread crumbs
¼ c parsley
¼ c grated parmigiano & pecorino blend
1 tbs slow cooked garlic in oil
1 cup Flour
